The School Board Representatives and Superintendent met with the NTA Executive Board and NEA NH Representative on Thursday, October 27 from 3:30-6:15. The NTA reviewed their latest proposal with cost-related items and the Board then reviewed a specific cost item in relation to the existing Board economic package. The Board then gave its response to existing language proposals on the table. Discussions occurred to clarify items. Tentative agreements were reached on some collective bargaining agreement language and further discussion happened in other language items. At the next meeting, the Board and the NTA will continue to provide counters they choose to make regarding existing language and cost-related items still on the table for further negotiation.
