The School Board Representatives and Superintendent met with the NTA Executive Board and NEA NH Representative on Friday, October 14 from 3:00-5:15. The School Board presented their initial proposal with cost-related items for consideration as well as counters to the NTA's initial cost-related proposals. Discussions occurred to clarify items. Tentative agreements were reached on additional changes to existing collective bargaining agreement language and some cost-related items. At the next meeting, the NTA will provide desired counters they choose to make regarding remaining cost-related items still on the table for further negotiation.
