The School Board Representatives and Superintendent met with the NTA Executive Board and NEA NH Representative on Monday, October 3 from 3:45-5:45. The School Board presented their initial proposal with language items for consideration as well as counters to the NTA's initial proposal. Discussions occurred to clarify items. Tentative agreements were reached on some changes to existing collective bargaining agreement language. At the next meeting, the District will provide its economic package in response to the NTA's cost-related items presented at the September 20 meeting.
