Dear Employee,

As you may recall, the Nottingham School District provides each employee with Nottingham School District medical coverage 1095-B or 1095-C form stating the Nottingham School District provided minimum essential coverage for the plan year.  This IRS form is NOT required to be filed with individual taxes.  As of January 1, 2025 the Nottingham School District is only required to provide a 1095-B or 1095-C form, if requested by the employee.
